Unlike traditional outage trackers such as Downdetector that rely on crowdsourced user reports, Pong.com checks each service directly from your connection. This means you see results specific to your network and location, not aggregated reports that may not reflect your experience.

How It Works

The outage checker sends a lightweight request to each service from your browser. If the service responds quickly, it is marked as operational. Slow responses (over 5 seconds) are flagged as degraded, and failed connections are marked as down. Since requests originate from your device, the results reflect your actual connectivity to each service.
